Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Flat Shipping Fee: Rs. 300 per order.
Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 7,999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be cancelled.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
